Production information:

Main equipments in adhesives production are reactor, storage tank, measuring instruments and cooling device. Generally, reactor is the core part in this line. Its volume ranges from 0.5-5m³, made of stainless steel, top & down dished ends shape, flange structure, with a jacket. The reaction happens under normal pressure or with pressure no more than 0.1MPa. Reactor thickness around 8-16mm, jacket thickness about 5-10mm. The larger it is, the thicker it will be. The jacket can bear pressure <=0.3MPa. Reactor has an agitator and it can be anchor/impeller/frame type and low speed rotation between 40-100rpm.
