Structure forms:

1. This machine adopt double shaft constant force lifting system, convenient to lift.

2. Adopting ex-proof  motor, proceed with variable speed for motor through by high performance frequency converter placing in ex-proof control box, with high controlling accuracy, data directly display spindle speed.

3. Dispersing impeller and spindle directly connect with straight line.

4. Configure with compact and convenient feeding barrel holding device.

Usage and maintenance: 

1. When using, making the selected disperser impeller and spindle connecting and fixed.

2. Spining motor base and locking bolt, regulate speed spindle and container up and down location, clamping motor base and container.

3. Firstly turen on power switch, then turn on frequency conversion switch, revolving rotate speed button, and adjusting the speed into what needs.

4. Finishing experiments, revolving rotate speed rotary knob to zero, turn off power switch.

5. Rotate speed is more than 300rpm/m, not suitable to run empty cars.

6. When accelerate and decelerate, it should slowly revolve speed button.

7. This machine should operate by professional operator.
