Mixing and dispersing are two core processes in li-ion battery production. Evenly and thoroughly mixing decides the battery quality and performance. Its positive electrode material contains adhesives, electric conduction agents and cathode materials; negative electrode material contains adhesives and graphite & carbon dust. To make the two electrode materials, you need to mix, dissolve and disperse liquid-liquid and liquid-solid materials. During this reaction process, the reaction temperature, viscosity and condition will change.
