Electric heating reactor is composed of reactor body, cover, stirrer, electric heating clamp tube, supprting and transmission device, shaft sealling device, overflow tank, and equipmented with electric heating rods, temperature measurements as well as measurements pressure meter. Sirring forms have anchor type, pulp type, turbine type, pushing type and frame type. Supporting seat have suspension type or supporting type two kinds.

Product Features:

Electric heating reactor internal jacket put the conduction heating oil, then heating by electric rods, opening oil inlet, oil outlet, overflow measurements, drained and electric rod, temperature measure and so on mouth hole. Jacket outsider boday wall weld the supporting seat, bottom tank build the discharge outlet.Material heating temperature: <30 degree centigrade. Material heating time: 30min~~90min(depend on process needs). Temperature controlling: adopting thermocouple measure the temperature and connect wtih temperature controlling meter proceed with measuring and controlling the temperature, and can adjust the material temperature highness and lowness. Thermal insulat material: filling pear wool, rock wool, pouring of foaming polyurethane, to keep the temperature difference with the outside world so that reach heat insulation moisturizing effects. It can also design, manufacture and process according to user's process requirements.
