YRTD-400 series lab multi-function high speed dispersion machine is mainly used for fluid production precedent experiment needs, in order to provide correct data for mass production, such as all kinds of paint, coating, pigment and food, etc. This products can disperse, sanding and mixing, is a ideal laboratory equipment of experimenter. Mainly used for low viscosity material disperse grinding and mixing experiment.

Usage and maintenance:

1. Making the selected dispersing impeller and spindle connected and fixed when using;

2. Screwing the motor base locking bolt, speed regulation and vessel up and low location, and claping motor base and  vessel.

3. Firstly turn on power switch, then open speed regulation switch, regulate the speed that will need;

4. Finishing experiments, revolving rotate speed rotary knob to zero, turn off power switch.

5. Rotate speed is more than 300rpm/m, not suitable to run empty cars.

6. When accelerate and decelerate, it should slowly revolve speed button.

7. This machine should operate by professional operator.
